Property Analysis & On-Site Visits
Hands-on consulting carried out over three months with an actual purchase as the goal. We visit local properties in person and look at the location and surroundings together. We hold a regular meeting once a week to go over the visit reports and key issues. We review each property's profitability and points of caution with you, so that you can decide on a purchase yourself based on sufficient information.
